form that can be used when submitting insect samples to your
local county extension office.

- Annual Report for the lab includes host pest lists to look
up the insects received on each plant, for example what was
found on red oak last year. The weekly updates highlight what
has been recieved at the lab and what potential pests will show
up on crops and trees.
